FRANCESCO VITTORIO BASSAN

I am the Co-founder and Commercial Director of Katkoot Italia, a distinctive wine brand that blends high winemaking and art. Together with my team and my partners Giovanni and Stefano, I manage the production, distribution, and marketing of our limited-edition wines. These wines are created in partnership with top traditional wineries and are inspired by our heritage and community values. Our wines have been featured in prestigious publications and enjoyed by celebrities worldwide.

Through Hoite Srl, we also provide Consulting and Branding services, helping clients in the Food and Beverage sector develop innovative and engaging experiences and products for their customers.

I am also the Co-founder of Hummel Gras, a farm company dedicated to cultivating Alpine herbs in a Biological environment in the Italian Dolomites.

I hold a degree in Economics and Management from Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia, as well as advanced certifications in Wine and Spirit education from WSET III and Fondazione Italiana Sommelier III.

In 2024, I have been nominated by Forbes Italy’s top Under 30, thanks to my team and our ongoing projects.
